You would really believe that you were in Australia, when walking in this area. Sandy, soils, vegetation like the drier South-West of the state and complimented by the imported gum trees some 100 years ago....(TL).
No, not really, did not notice the smell. Probably too many cow-pats over the last week ruined my sense if smell. The wine still does NOT smell of cow-pats yet, but 4 more days to go!
Did the fragrance of the gum trees make you homesick?
